Ham has gotten better as a coach thru the season. He was dealt a bad set of cards and made poor choice imo. But even befo the trades still had a competitive roster and had them thinkin they can win every game. But after the trades that got him better fitting pieces to work around its def made things easier as well as the adjustments.

I looked at coach's sidereal chart the day he got hired. His leadership qualities is what stuck out to me. I just sat back and observed. I'm not shocked at his success. Next challenge will be extremely difficult. Denver has my respect.
