I believe Finch is an average level coach who’s best quality is his relationship with Ant and how he coaches him hard. that said I wouldn’t be mad if we brought in Monty Williams

Monty got out coached like the last 5 series he was in he just had more talent in most of them , Nurse is Thibs 2.0 he plays players a ton in the regular szn, Bud is ass in the playoffs and Vogel is a ???

Williams and Budenholzer had championship expectations and failed. Nurse didn’t much after Kawaii left. And Frank Vogel has the intellectual quotient of a toaster.

I think Finch needs one more year, unless there’s someone available that is a clear upgrade.
Bud is the only one in the list that is a clear floor raiser, but I don’t think he’ll coach another team soon. Nurse is OK too – but isn’t he just a slightly better Finch?
