was and still is my favorite player shit is ridiculous how we fumble that opportunity

We really shouldn’t have tried to go all in on expiring players in 2019. If we actually had patience we could have used assets correctly

I really thought he was going to just yell at Markelle and Ben and get them to shoot better.

Sometimes I think about what could have been if we traded Ben away. Feels like we could have gotten an absolute haul.

Big facts OP. It was all downhill from there. Blow it up.

To be honest Jimmy had some key turnovers toward the end of that game 7 too and was getting flame broiled by Kawhi. But regardless jimmys proven he can be the guy in the playoffs time and time again now. Joel and James have yet to do it for different reasons and it fucking sucks.

Joke of an organization, this is why the Kings made a conference finals more recently than us

  7. He never wanted to be here, he didn’t like playing for Brown or with Simmons

Jimmy’s great but best playoff performer in the league? Let’s be real here

Jimmy is about to beat the Celtics just to spite the sixers. I honestly wouldn’t be shocked if the heat win it all, dude is just a fighter.

We apologize on behalf of management
I thought it was him and it was us

Babe wake up the 5th Jimmy post this hour

Half this sub didnt want them to re-sign him because he was 29 at the time. Think about that. And even more people went on to call him selfish at the time for wanting out. He didnt want to be here. Get over it. Miami has a normal FO and coach and that is partly why it has worked out so well for him.

Didn’t follow this story then. Can someone explain who did they let Jimmy go for? Or did he walk in Free Agency?

Huge mistake. But Jo still fucking shit the bed yesterday. Doesn’t matter who else we are missing, if he is invisible idk how we make a legit run if our MVP plays like any average dude

Get over it. Hindsight is 20/20. I don’t remember anyone suggesting we trade Simmons at the time. The Tobias over Jimmy narrative wasn’t true
also he came up small in game 7 against Toronto. He wanted to go to Miami and he got his way. Also, maybe consider that he’s had a major coaching upgrade since he got to Miami.

Don’t forget how the majority of the people in this sub calling you a “doomer” or “wip caller” were the same people who tried to sound smart in 2019 by telling you Tobias Harris was a better fit for our roster than Jimmy was.
