They just talk about mindset or comparisons 99% of the time
Sports are part of the entertainment/reality tv industry, and I get this is on purpose. we all don’t want to come back from work to see anything that uses our brain too much. But they do so little actual analysis that a whole crop of YouTubers, Twitter accounts, and amateur data science people have popped up to try to fill this area

ESPN video feed yesterday was unwatchable most of the time. The commentators are horrible too. When you can’t see the game and can’t stand to listen to the game, then something is very wrong with your streaming service.
Half-time and pre-game is also garbage. Rose was saying Tatum wouldn’t hit 45 combined points, assists, and rebounds right before the game started, because of course the entire show is just a DraftKings advertisement. He did that with just points and set a new record lol.
