[Murdock] Warriors’ Jordan Poole on his relationship with teammate Draymond Green: “I don’t have no answer for you. We was just on the court and teammates…It’s just business, honestly. And that’s really all it was, it is, it has been. It’s just been business.”

You mean they aren’t friends after Draymond knocked him out in front of the entire team?

  2. goblue202320242025

That seems like code for Jordan Poole and draymond have a horrible relationship

  3. Just paid Poole and dray wants a near max and one of them def need to go

    Not a good spot

  4. Chubbyklove_

I understand why teams starting to stop doing exit interviews

For all the hate Poole got through the year he still scored 20 a game as a 23 year old, the guys a hooper

  6. yazboy13

I mean he knocked him out in front for millions of folks to see. That relationship will never be the same, one of them got to go.

  7. As good as Draymond has been for this warriors dynasty, my god this dude has some serious character issues

He ran KD out of the warriors, broke Jordan Poole, got suspended for a pivotal close out game that led to the historic 3-1 comeback

If I was a warriors fan I wouldn’t know whether I love or hate the guy

Jordan Poole on his relationship with Draymond Green: “I don’t compare myself with anybody,” Then he rolled up his sleeve and showed a tattoo of the OSHA General Duty Clause. “I’ll let you interpret that however you want,” Poole said.

Pooles saying: Thanks for the cash. I fucking hate you all with my life.

  10. Draymond gave them weird vibes all season from that moment. And the Warriors leadership didn’t help deciding the leak was horrific and not the actual “leader” assaulting a young player.

  11. After I got laid off for the first time, I stopped being so friendly at work. I understand 😔

  12. Isn’t Steph a just business guy too? Balls with them but doesn’t have a relationship with them outside of the game?

  13. No-Equipment-20

Honestly give props to Poole, he’s been very professional about the incident

Draymond still hasn’t got enough shit for this. Poole sucked this post season and some of the regular season for sure, but draymond is essentially getting off blame free (from the teams eyes) for destroying the team dynamic. He completely divided the vets from the young players and probably has a reason to do with why Kuminga either wasn’t getting enough PT, or why he’s leaning towards wanting an opportunity elsewhere, cause I’m sure Kuminga doesn’t want to be the next Poole. Pooles gonna get traded and draymond will once again not have to face the consequences of his own actions. Sorry ass excuse for a “leader”.

They should trade his ass too, don’t think it wasn’t clear to see how much better that warriors offense is when they can run a 5 out.

I will never forgive him for hitting those ridiculous threes against us in the Finals only for him to turn into Homeless CJ McCollum a year later.

The amount of cats coming out of bags after GS season ended is crazy. Expected, but still crazy!

“He punched me in the fucking face what you want me to say? ‘Hey dray let me on your podcast sometime :D’ fuck outta here”

  18. Courseheir

“Just business” only works when you’re two of the top 10 players in the league like Kobe and Shaq.

  19. NavalJet

This falls so much on Kerr, Ownership and the Vets. They allowed this toxic culture to cultivate and it ultimately led to the punch. Everyone is afraid of dray that’s why they let him do whatever

  20. Losalou52

We are both required to drink water to survive.

  21. WordNahMean

Cant wait for the 30 for 30 on that punch

  22. forzaregista

Draymond will always be a fucking cunt for this. You don’t fucking deck your teammate in front of everyone. Even the other day he was talking shit about the serious potential damage of head injuries on the court. Aye and what about fucking smacking someone in the face? Prick.

  23. DaExtinctOne

He was knocked out cold by his own teammate yet the coach and rest of the org cared more about the footage leaking to the public. I’d feel disrespected too.

  24. Thoughts02456

Feel bad for the kid. Gets sucker punched by a piece of garbage that’s a decade older than him, then has the video leaked for everyone to see, and on top of that has his coach defend the piece of garbage that assaulted him

  25. Dynamically_static

They need to trade JP for JP sake

  26. CanadianLionelHutz

I think it’s a loss on people that an act of malice can be equivalent to the harm caused.

He didn’t just get punched, he was brutally sucker punched and knocked out. A traumatic incident for any human being.

Even strong relationships, unless there is an enormous amount of accountability, growth, and understanding, do not likely come back from that.

  27. The_real_bandito

Another wedding Draymond Green is not getting invited to hahaha

  28. Echoplanar_Reticulum

When a guy punches you in the face, something changes.

  29. popcrnshower

One of the two will be gone this summer that’s for sure.

  30. Most_Management_8332

Knocking your coworker out is not good vibes
