The talent difference between 3-13 is not that different. What separates a star is mentality, something not easily measured during drafts and not accounted for. Ben as a pick 1 vs Butler as a pick 30 is prime example of that.
Portland doesn’t want their 3rd pick…. Masai tell Siakam it was good while it lasted but we need to begin the new era
First off: Just came from the dentist. Feel like a million bucks. Number 13 is a lucky number. Kobe; Zack Lavine; Booker; and Donovan Mitchell were drafted 13th.
I agree; they need to draft somebody that compliments Scottie because he and everybody we acquire from now on will one day be that main core.

Lot of ppl crying abt not tanking and getting top 4 pic etc. Since Lebron, for last 19 yrs, only 4 #1 picks have won championship. 3/4 won with Lebron …Dwight, AD and Kyrie. Wiggins won with Steph. u never know what you get with lottery picks and doesnt mean it will work. Look at Zion! May never be the player he was projected to be!! Ja is a trainwreck.

I believe picking between 6-15 is the sweet spot. you're not having to choose from the very top of the class and guys with overwhelming expectations. You're also not getting what's leftover if you went at the end of the first round. 13th is a great spot for the raps.
we need a fast combo guard. a T. Max type of guard. we got Pascal at the 4 don't worry about the 4. I wish we kept Terrance Davis right now! as stupid as it sounds but it is true. he is doing good with the Kings and he is still young.
San Antonio is getting our second round pick this year and our first round pick next year plus they acquired Victor Wembanyama in the lottery last night(yesterday), San Antonio just got them what appears to be another version of Tim Duncan. Personally I'd like to see us pick up Jordan Hawkins in the draft, he could definitely provide us with the shooting percentage we need and Scottie needs that person around his age he can rely on out there. Flynn gotta go no offense but we need room on this roster for the draft capital we are going to acquire in June, we need more role players and less bench warmers. More rest for our starters and more time and development for our second unit

Outside of Denver, Boston and The Lakers. The NBA is getting softer it'll be a long time until we see another Lebron, Kobe, MJ, Stephen Curry type player. There are no more legends and once Lebron finally retires the NBA will get even softer but it will only make these young guys hungrier either trying to live up to the legends they watched on tv as kids or making legends out of them selves knowing that it's their time now
The personality fit is tough because they need to know their role but they also need to be a little bit psycho. Scottie, Pascal, and the rest seem too proper and could use someone who gets a little bit nasty. A guy who instigates things would be the ideal whether they're a PG or not.
The thought of Scottie and Scoot Henderson growing together brings tears of joy to my eyes
