Jimmy and coach Spo is a perfect match. I think the top-down stability of the organization is such a massive boon for us. Pat and Spo aren’t going anywhere, so they don’t have anything to prove. They’re just about winning, and have full confidence in their team – and in return they have the full attention of the players. That must be such a nice environment for the players.
