The Nets are in an interesting spot leading into this offseason. There could be multiple teams at the top of the draft in Portland and Houston who would be willing to make big offers in order to improve their teams in the now. Mikal Bridges would offer a very enticing option and Sean Marks should definitely be willing to entertain packages if the offer was right.
That being said, this isn’t an easy thing for Brooklyn and they don’t *need* to do anything here with Bridges. But if a team bowled them over and the Nets had a chance to reset things for their future, there is a conversation to be had.

Scoot Henderson is a great prospect but there is no telling whether he will turn out to be a well rounded player such as Bridges. We should target Van Vleet!!
I think it becomes really interesting if houston were to offer their #24 pick plus our picks next yr and 26. That's something I'd do for bridges and send them dfs too to get back the swaps. Houston doesnt own their pick next yr so they're trying to get more competitive since they cant tank.

Actually, IMO, the Nets are sitting kind of pretty as is right now and can do some creative building around the core they have . I also believe they will not get offered a package strong enough to move the needle.
