The NBA Draft Lottery has concluded and while the Toronto Raptors may not have directly been impacted by a fortunate bounce, indirectly, things have definitely gone their way. The Portland Trail Blazers, who landed the No. 3 pick, want to run it back with Damian Lillard and intend to put the best team possible around him. There is a trade between the two sides here that makes way too much sense for them both.

The speculation is fun, but let's be clear, there's something about Pascal that yielded a 9th place finish. He produces stats, but not wins. And Portland would trade a 3 pick AND Sharpe for Pascal, who has an enormous contract? They Might consider Pascal for Sharpe (and other salary) straight up.
Sharpe is probably off limits so I’d like to hear your other options.

You greatly overestimate how much other teams want Siakam, I would have him in the same range as a DeRozan, Randle and Bogdanovic. If you wanted a Siakam for Grant and Nurkic there might be a deal there. Siakam is a aging scorer who plays average defense and doesn't stretch the perimeter. I personally wouldn't trade for him at all because I don't think he moves the needle for any team, I would consider a 15-25 range pick and a salary dump but that would be about it.

Also, if they didn’t want to trade sharpe and simons for OG last draft, I don’t see what would make them give up a generational PG prospect in Scoot when their all time franchise great PG is at the end of his career.
I wouldn't trade Scoot for Pascal. Miller maybe but scoots the best player to me in this draft not Wemba. He's a D rose, Westbrook, Wall, Ja type of elite speed, handle hoops. Plus he has pro experience. I'm not risking a potential generational player for a player who has a free agency coming up soon.
But I'd be surprised if millers picked over him regardless, but we are talking about Jordan.
