I know we lost BUT I got to watch and discuss a Celtics game with THE Paul Pierce in Australia today. What a surreal experience!
My partner and I were the only 2 at the bar catching the match when we heard another voice cheering from behind. We turned around, saw a guy and jokingly said “oh look it’s Paul Pierce!” (Because why the hell would Paul Pierce be in a random deadass bar in Australia?!) But guess what, it was him!!!
And yes, he was a very patient and friendly guy. I can die happy now. Celts in 5!!

I was expecting a meh story about someone seeing him from a distance in Boston or LA but this is actually insane.
