The Detroit Pistons finished with the worst record in the NBA this season. They were the only team win less than 20 games this season. And they got absolutely screwed in the draft lottery. Falling from the best odds to land the first overall pick to the 5th overall pick. Which is quite literally the worst case scenario for them. However despite the fact they not only missed out on Victor Wembanyama, but also the chance at guys like Scoot, Miller, and Amen. I do think the Pistons are in a better spot than you would think. Sure they would have liked to land one of the best prospects of all time. But despite the fact they did finish with the worst record in the NBA. The Pistons are in a better spot than most young teams. With established cornerstones in place in my opinion. And even though the pick is outside the top 4. The Pistons have a chance to land a player that fits this team perfectly.

Thoughts on Taylor Hendricks? I think he’s a sleeper in this draft and would fit as both a SF and PF with both high defense and offensive upside. To me he’s the best player only because he would be elite next to Duren and you can pick a SF later in the draft as there’s a lot of good options even in the second round.
Not a pistons fan but in my opinion they should draft Taylor Hendricks or cam witmore although I think Taylor is a better fit for floor spacing the pistons have a lot of guys who thrive in the paint
How much better is Jarace than Isaiah Stewart? I like the idea of Jarace but it seems pretty redundant with Stewart already on the roster. The pistons are in need of wing players.
