The limitation of JJ Redick, for all his strengths, is that he doesn't ask the important questions. "Connectivity"–what is that? It's a manifestation of an emotional state shared contagiously in a team. Part of it is playing with a chip on your shoulder, part playing unselfishly, part playing with confidence, part enjoying your teammates, part playing without emotional baggage. The contrast with the Warriors this year, who under-achieved all season due to emotional baggage and internal disunion. So, how do we account for the emotional shift in the Heat as a team this playoffs? It's not X's and O's. So, what is it?

JJ is totally ready to be a coach. He's using coaches talk talking about connectivity. He gets it and maybe he doesn't deserve it without any experience but he'll be a head coach one day.
