Even if the Spurs are not that good next season, they will still be great and a championship team in the future. In the 2024 NBA Draft, they could potentially draft Matas Buzelis to pair with Victor Wembanyama, which should be an amazing duo.

We all agree that the draft is rigged, but we don't care. Victor would not have done as well on the Pelicans or Trailblazers or Detroit. He needed to be in San Antonio. It was always the best for him, the league and most importantly the fans.
The Spurs should try to bring in Fornier and Ntilikina to play alongside Victor. Or maybe if Gobert is somehow available. I know a lot of people are down on Gobert, but I know what he can do and I'm sure Pop can bring out the beast in him.
