    I doubt Langdon will be that guy. It would be weird to interview both the boss and underling at the same time, because POBO will want to hire their guy, not be stuck with someone they had no say in. Also if Langdon was interviewing for POBO he’s not gonna take the level below GM job. So I’d expect a whole other list of candidates for GM.
