“Looks at Brad Beal” …
here he won’t even have the emotional attachment to players like the old guard developed with beal over 10 years.
He traded Blake Griffin and Chris Paul, he’s not afraid of big moves
It feels like we’re about to trade Beal to Blazers for 3rd pick ngl
Trading Beal is the no-brainer. The question is more about whether we have anyone who could play any role (right salary for right production) on a championship team in 3-4 years. At his salary, Beal is a joke. But what about Kispert. At 27, will he be a KCP, meaning someone who can shoot and isn’t an unplayable defensive liability, like KCP has done for Denver at a reasonable salary? Deni is an offensive liability right now, but how does he project in 3 years? Gaff *might* get 8th man backup minutes on a championship team. Kuz and the Zinger make too much money for their level of contribution. So we’re keeping maybe 2 or 3 players? Side bar: I really don’t know what’s wrong with QJ (why he doesn’t play), but he’s a super athlete that could be helpful. Maybe Goodwin too? Delon’s window is now. Everyone else should prob be gone. Or, let’s just ride Brad and give a super max to Johnny once Beal’s is done. Can’t break tradition now.
“Mr. Winger, you have some tough decisions to make, you sexy bald man you.” *Walks over to the Wizards bed* “we can get rid of Bradley Beal, right?” *Removes clothes* “You know you want in, don’t you?”
