If the Pacers really want Brandon Miller and they think he could be a star I would be cool giving up every pick in this draft, a future protected pick, and Duarte. Potentially another player. I don’t want to stay at 7 and do whatever with our other picks – we need to be aggressive and make a move up and then try to sign a vet.

I still like a slowish approach. This is not just a high end draft, but a deep draft. I would be completely cool with drafting #7 and using picks, and or some redundant players to get back into the lottery.
We can aquire a ready now player in FA. We can make lateral talent trades for a better fit with players like Theis(and possibly another center) and some of our extraneous guards.
I’d also be cool with using picks and or players to bring in a young talent like Kuminga if the opportunity arises.
