The Athletic HATES Houston sports. I heard they’re based out of the Bay Area and we’re named after the Athletics baseball team. Their staffers are all either jealous of the Astros two titles or have to just toe the upper management line of ripping on Houston teams in order to have a job there.
I watched one video of theirs covering the Rockets recently and it was mostly sheer hatred and the one guy supposedly defending Houston in that video looked like he was purposely trying to do a bad job of defending the Rockets.
Whatever you do, even if you’re not a Houston person, don’t subscribe to the Athletic. The anti-Houston bias just makes for terrible journalism

I understand the article is about becoming a much better team this year but a lot of those trades are garbage. I don’t think we should sacrifice our youth to try and become an instant contender. I know Harden is probably going to wind up here. I expect Pat Bev to be back as well. I just don’t want to see the Rockets trade away all of their young guys to appease Harden this season.
