  1. I disagree on how high you guys are on brown, because of fit I’d prefer giving up ant & 3 for Mikal over Brown (idk if I’d do either) but if we could get Claxton? With 3rd Ant, 2 more 1st & Nurk

  2. Small market Portland, only eight times have they been in this position. You have to draft. Why. Damien gets hurt or this drags on shade and sharps gone to another team later!!!😢

  3. Keep lillard, third pick, sharpe, hart, and grant. Trade everybody else EDIT: I'd say keep simons but he would be our best trade asset. I'd look into simons, little, nurk, reddish, and draft picks for embiid.

    Lillard
    Scoot
    Hart
    Grant
    Embiid

    6th man: Sharpe

Yes I know my #s may not make sense but just an idea

  4. Look at Simon's stats this year. His real first year as a starter vs Dame's season at the same age (23).

I don't get the hate in the slightest.

  5. Torey is right and injuries were a bigger problem than talent. Winslow and Payton not playing meant 3rd stringers in the rotation

  6. Steven doesn’t seem to really follow basketball. Hornets are going to draft Scoot – Ball is 6’7. Scoot and Ant is different than what we have right now? 6’2 and 6’3 plus Sharpe at 6’5 which makes it awkward again. If Blazers keep the pick B Miller is the obvious answer as a 6’9 shooter

  7. It seem in general nba fans underestimate Anfernee. The defense thing and small guard talk is a cliche. It only raises up because Luka showed out in that game against him.But Luka toasted every player playing against him! Size wise, check actual height in the league coming and going, are 6'3 to 6'5. The sky is falling NBA Media is making Trailblazers fans insecure. Anfernee is great for his age. He's still growing, and he's torching defender on offense. Nurkic has been the issue for Portlands defense. Good guy! But not the guy he was before the injury. Anfernee handles the offense at an elite level. Keep Anfernee. Build from the draft and keep pick and Dame. Check the history!

  8. Been waiting for a new episode and this was the best one yet🙏🏼🙏🏼 great debate between you two. What i dont understand is why Steven thinks the west is this impossible hill to climb. Thinking Dame/Shae/Mikal/Grant/Claxton is a play-in team is crazy

  9. Why are there so many advocates for the rest of the NBA to get Portland Trailblazers Stars while fleecing our team. There is a serious hate going on towards The Trailblazers as a business!

  10. I know a team that has the assets to trade for dame. I’ll give you a hint, it’s the team CJ plays for right now

  11. Trail blazer fan will spank Damian’s ass if he forced us to trade number 3 pick

  12. Torey doesn’t know about basketball it’s hard to get 3 pick even they tank but this draft number 3 pick =with number 1 pick in another draft.mikal value = Simon value

  13. THe difference between the team "running it back" after 2019, is that the guy who was creating the roster had no idea what he was doing.

  14. Trade for a Supermax SG and watch the team’s role players and future flexibility disappear with two players who’ll soak up 70% of the salary cap.

  15. My take is trade if someone gives you godfather offer if not draft. Torey is struggling listening to the long term sensible approach.

  16. Jamal Murray is at the very least all-star adjacent, and in the playoffs he's definitely been all-star level. Denver's five is way better than any five the Blazers can muster next year, isn't it?

  17. Steven was so right just trade Damian, build for future we will get a ring in fees year

  18. The Blazers not going to win sh!t until they realized Dame is overrated he’s too small can’t drive to the basket can’t play above the rim can’t defend anybody

  19. Steven, thank goodness for your sanity and reality based perspective. Did Torey just use the Lakers as a comparison for what the Blazers could do? Well, at least it was good for a laugh. And what is all this talk about rebuilding? Portland has been sub .500 3 of the last 4 years. Dame had maybe the best season of his career and they still decided to tank because all his personal success has very rarely meant meaningful team success. It sucks that it's gotten this late in Dame's career without any real success, but it's too late to build around him without hurting the future of the franchise for what would likely be a 6-8 playoff seed at best. Look at who leads teams to titles. It is 6'6" and bigger guys who are multi-talented. That unfortunately just isn't who Dame is.
