  1. 25-26 will be brutal, Loon at 10 kuminga at 20 Moody at 5 klaydray at 45 will push our payroll past $225M

  2. Am sorry am not a negative person I'm a fan of the show but please bring back another guest who can better explain the salary cap

  3. If the Warriors traded Wiggins (mainly for salary cap relief) what is the plus/minus of Kuminga taking Wiggins position?

  4. Is it just me, or did this dude offer very little in the way of solutions, or even options? I feel like he gave us a whole bunch of nothing lol

  5. Besides a fire sale to an under the cap team there is no way to "resolve" the Warriors cap issues. They have to wait until their big contracts end (Klay, Curry, Draymond, Poole, Wiggins). But Warriors have had a cap mess ever since they went all-in to acquire Durant. This isn't something new.

This is why I was screaming when they early signed Poole and Wiggins. Of course Wiggins signing was better because it was aligned with proven production. The Poole contract early max was as dumb of a GM move that has been made in the last decade.

  6. I'm about 8 minutes into the video and as Cyrus is asking specific questions, these Eric dude seems like he keeps skipping around the question and doesn't go into specifics. Does this interview get better? This is brutal.

  7. Klay offer 18 million you win championship $25 mill!
Same for Dre. Poole trade away oggy and our first round pick! Kumminga to cheap to trade that much upside! Tell Kerr you play him or you get fired!😎🤨

  8. What’s this guys credentials? Why should we listen to him? Why should we believe his estimation of the market value of a player? I wish you would have told us his background other than he writes for bleacher report. Just an example, Bobby Marks for ESPN said Klay should be between $30-35 million a year. Why should we believe this guy over him?

When I googled him and skimmed the articles written, most were about the Lakers. Does he even know the GS warriors team to adequately answer anything.

  9. Just based on the information in this video, well, if you are looking at saving for around that 90M, then the answer is rebuild. You will have to move Poole, Green, Looney, Payton, Probably might need to trade Kuminga and some draft picks too. Otherwise, this will bu just the same. You will not be able ro find a free agent in that 3M to 5M min deal that can really improve this roster to playoof level. Poole is not easy to trade at this point. He will be close to 30M a year, and if you look at other combo guards, Jaylen Brown, Jaylen Brunson, is just in the 26M+, Mikal Bridges is just 22M?, And Gabe Vincent is only getting less than 2M a yr, and also a free agent this off season. So that's the questionable value of Poole's 4yr extension. Trading him away for nothing to clear cap space could be even more harder.

  10. Picking the best remaining player in the draft seemed to be a great strategy at the time. But now, can't help but wonder if it backfired. Imagine if we drafted players that were more of a fit to the Warrior's systems

  11. Couldn't care less about how the new CBA (indeed, even the current, outgoing one) is "mistreating" GS. Owners voted unanimously for the "luxury tax," in spite of vehement opposition from the Players' Union (when the then-CBA was being thrust down the Union's throat). The "luxury tax" benefits no one but the owners. It 1) provides a "justification" for owners to pay less for players, and 2) pays themselves the so-called "luxury tax." The "luxury tax" goes to no one but to the owners themselves. Lacob, you don't wanna pay $400+ million, you should never have forced the Players' Union to accept the "luxury tax." As it is, you voted for it; now, if you don't want to deal with the consequences of your own creation, then it’s simple: you don't have the talent to win.

  12. Once steph retires its all about a rebuild. Enjoy the next 2-3 seasons.

  13. Sheeessh, this guest is a hard listen. For an expert, he's not telling us anything we don't already kind of know or suspect.
    Long winded answers 😮‍💨
