the league never wanted to see 1 team to Dominate. every policy the league crated was meant to prevent Dynasty. that said, the league has been trying to take down Warriors for years. they was successful in 2016 by manipulating Draymond's tech point; the Lakers beat the Warriors this year with heavy help from the refs, it was a double standard officiating series. Now we got the new CBA that's more direct against Dynasty. So ya, if I were Bob, I can't just tear this team and rebuild it like nothing, with all those relationships they built all these years.
