Bucks should get younger player. We don’t want another veterans we have enough. Get some few young players in my opinion

Off topic but, I can’t believe I’m saying this but I rather have middleton than jb if we do end up trading Khris. Khris can barely dribble but man Jb is even worse.
I’ve heard from raptors fans that we made the better choice in taking Griffin over Nurse. A lot of Raptors fans were saying Nurse is a very stubborn man who only does things his way. Sounds familiar doesn’t it. The main point of a head coach is for the players to believe in you and relate to you. That’s something I don’t think Nurse can do.
Most bucks fans just want white coach in my opinion.
Here's some facts . First , budenholzer and the bucks in the past 5 years had the most wins in the regular season . However, the Miami Heat has the most playoff wins in these Five seasons . Which means , budenholzer at best is a regular season coach. He is not a playoff coach , for a variety of reasons . So those that want budenholzer, then the bucks will win a bunch of regular season games , and keep losing in the playoffs. I'd rather be in the finals .

Nick Nurse was not popular with the players in Toronto. He's a good coach , but something went wrong in Toronto or he would still be there .
Adrian Griffin is highly recommended by jimmy Butler. You know the guy that just led his team to the finals 2 of the last 4 seasons ?
Adrian Griffin was a solid NBA player, has plenty of experience as a top assistant, and typically the top assistants do most of the preparation for the team. That's why Darwin Ham stepped right Into the Lakers job and was successful. And Darwin had no previous head coaching experience. We all know last season how 1st year head coach did in Boston , ime udoka. He took a floundering Celtics team to the finals . So this notion about first year head coaches is nonsense .

And giannis is not running the team . Thats a trick of the front office so if things go wrong , we can say " well Giannis signed off on him " . Better known as CYA .
What bucks fans need to understand, is that these players need coaches that they can relate to . And griffin played in the league. And has been an assistant since hes retired. So hes clearly relatable for the players .

I don't know the man. As a matter of fact it's the first time I've ever heard of him so I did a bit of research and liked what I saw, heard & read… The Bucks are known for giving underdogs a chance to shine. Heck, they took their chances on Giannis didn't they? Anyway, Giannis vouched for AG, and that speaks volumes. By the way, doesn't Adrian look like Bobby Portis' Dad ?

Adrian Griffin was a pit bull on defense as a player and thats the mentality he's going to bring to Milwaukee thats the type of players he's going to require to be brought in and thats what we need because Bud had us looking soft and square as hell with his selection of players who lacked heart and grind because they could shoot the 3 ball good riddance to that weak a** Utah Jazz ole San Antonio basketball b.s

I get it. Change is hard and Bud was a nice guy. But we don't need a coach you can take out for coffee 😂. We need a coach who can instill some mental toughness and can teach our guys how to step on necks 💪🏾. No Draymond 😭. I'm convinced AG is a level up for us!
I'd have hire Nick Nurse over Adrian Griffin. Here are the reasons:
1) The Bucks team has the talent to contend for the title so I prefer a veteran head coach who had won a title.
2) While the Bucks is a veteran team but they can play dumb basketball at time especially when under pressure. They are very similar to the Celtics that they need lots of coaching. The Celtics hired rookie coaches and got to the the Finals and ECF but then the team collapsed spectacularly.
3) Nurse is a proven head coach and he isn't afraid to upset his players. So he can tell Giannis to stop shooting 3's or move Middleton to the bench.
4) Griffin has been an assistant coach in the NBA for 15 years. Why did it take him this long to get a head coaching job?
