Just me here, but the Sixers have to stop investing in players past their prime that disappear when they are needed most, in the playoffs and championship games. The Sixers should only go after above-average players that add value, and that don't hamstring the team.

Nick Nurse can get the Sixers over the top and must be given the authority to build the team his way and not Daryl Morey's way.
The sixers need a #1 or a #3 scoring option. If James Harden is still on the team, he needs to be the #4 option. Embiid is a great #1 but would be a Perfect #2. If the sixers can finally come to their senses and get rid of Tobias, they can try to get someone like Seth Curry. Find an athletic wing like a Kelly Oubre, and a PF that can shoot 3’s. Bench would look like Melton, Harden/Maxey, Oubre, PJ, Reed.
