  1. His reasoning for quitting, can’t give it his all? Is that what I heard?? He talked Durant, Curry, fans, airport, staff….🤷🏼‍♀️

  2. Suns Billionaire owner probably made Bob Myers a Godfather offer – press conference coming next week 🤔

  3. Isn’t this the dude that cried when he was accused of forcing Durant to play while injured in the playoffs.

  4. He mention getting too close to player's and although he did elite job. In the end that closeness could be reason he couldn't stay n make the tough decisions at end of their careers–Respect

  5. He's 'stepping down' because he's no longer the final decision maker in basketball ops.

  6. Sounds like he made alot of frirnds aka people on the team…i think when draymond got suspended😂😂myers and him was in a box seat to a baseball game😂😂 so i think they want poole over draymond and klay is a tough option to keep they had there run for 9 years its time to blow it up …there riding the success they have and putting alot of work on to steph shoulders and he cant take the load he did this year he will be done in two years and he is 35 now js

  7. As cavs fan. I gotta admit. This guy built a hell of a team. I mean one of the best team in history. Steph klay, durant and iggy

  8. There’s always underlying reasons people don’t know about

  9. Bob just doesn’t want to prepare for next summer. I understand as he prefers to leave on a high. Makes sense from a professional standpoint

  10. There are rumors that the new Phoenix Suns owner wanted him in their front office.

  11. That Steph/Kd era was the best basketball to watch how great they were man those memories will be with us forever ❤️❤️

  12. I think this stepdown is something like, "If someone will stay/will not stay in the team, I will leave." Some sort of the last dance thingy. 🤔

  13. The fact that Warriors core player that won 4 championships are no more in their prime, it will be tough to keep them in Golden State. It is time for Bob to bid farewell as well and move on. It is time for GSW to move on as well and build around younger players. Obviously, Steff and Klay will be there for few more years, but won't be competing for championship without the younger core.

  14. Thanks Bob Myers. Incredible exec and incredible guy. What a journey. Walk on at UCLA, earned a scholarship his second year, won an NCAA chip… agent, exec, then running the whole show at GS.

  15. As a Warrior fan he's likely stepping down because the NBA is not targeting the warriors with new rules. and he likely says f this and rather sit out a few years for a next good GM job then muddy up his resume with the Warriors currently. Warriors now have two overpaid players in Wiggins and Poole who ceilings have been reached already. Steph at 35 who insanely paid and now has Klay and Dray will be gone in 2 years. And we're told Kuminga is likely demanding out. He would've stayed if Wiseman was actually good or even Ayton level and Poole was still playing well.

  16. If Mike Dunleavy becomes the next GM, the Warriors are over. That guy's a total clown.

  17. Dude runs the first sight of trouble. "This is tough, this is hard", lol, no lies, it's getting tough and we see people for their true colors. Say whatever you want to say Bob, we also see what is going on with the new CBA and the team and happens to know the situation. You excuses doesn't mean too much comparing to the facts.

  18. He loves the team but he ain't getting the moneys…and people are going to pay him so the warriors dont get six trophies
But! It really does depend what u gv up.

  19. I feel like its because he cant emotionally handle having to trade Klay or Draymond and knows that has to be done it would effectively end an era. Cant blame him

  20. In the next few days we will know the real reason why he's stepping down. This just doesn't happen like that out of the blue!

  21. He knows it's the death of a dynasty. It will almost be impossible to reach that peak again, so go out while your name is still recognized.

  22. Joe Lacob was light years ahead of knowing Meyer’s was going to make this decision.
