I like Masai but I always hated the cultush “TrUsT iN mAsAi “ meme people would throw whenever he was questioned.
Legend
Just ONE under .500 season.
Since the chip, one playoff series win against a hobbled Nets team lead by Caris LeVert
I suspect the rebuild will be fun for him, keep him engaged and interested in continuing with the team a few more years.
Masai is the most valuable piece of the franchise in all of canadian sports.
An absolute LEGEND.

But he’s apparently washed since the title…I mean since the 60 win pace we were on when the pandemic hit…I mean since he drafted Scottie.
He didn’t do exactly what I wanted at the deadline, so he’s washed 🤷🏽
And yet this sub is constantly calling for his head because he didn’t make a trade deadline deal
One .500 season and nephews in here are calling for his head lmao
People want to fire this guy lol
Crazy how much we accomplished in this span of time compared to the previous years before Masai was around. I know people hate hearing “trust in Masai” but time and time again he’s proved fans wrong and found success in a franchise that could barely win a playoff series let alone make the playoffs. We’re lucky to have him and I wish newer fans who are constantly whining and complaining because 1 or 2 seasons didn’t go our way would finally realize that.
Tell em, the way the fans have turned on him after ONE .500 season is absolutely sickening. Proof fans are fickle as hell.
Some fans here don’t understand what it’s like having a truly bad front office and it shows
10 years is a good time to sit back and reflect a bit
This will be a big off season for him. So curious how it plays out
Yea, but can we trust him?
I still remember being hyped when he came over from Denver. That team was a power house without any true stars.
2016+2019 = 6 playoff series wins
Other 8 years = 3 playoff series wins
Just to add some small counter: 4 post seasons series getting swept, 2 by Lebron and 2 by Paul Pierce lol
