Nah. Giannis on the Bucks is a top 3 seed in the East, for any season. Olynyk shot about 40 percent from three as a 7 foot player, who also shown he can be a floor general this season. Surely his value is a probably a pick in the 15 – 20 range for this years draft, or a pick in 2024, or 2025 lottery protected from a team that likely makes the playoffs, but not likely a top 3 seed in their conference

What are the protections? I do believe that cap space will be at a premium this off-season with the upcoming CBA, and I think we’re better off targeting something like the Dallas #10 for absorbing Bertans or the Warriors. But we’ll see. EF’s contact has a team option we’d decline next year, so if we don’t find other options than maybe, but don’t know how motivated the Knicks are to unload him

I don’t think Ainge is interested. Kelly is a huge part of the lockerroom and idk if that Milwaukee pick is enough of a sweetener. You have to remember that Ainge gave Bojan away for Olynyk. I just think the franchise values him more than teams looking for depth.
