Kobe Bufkin or Cason Wallace for the Utah Jazz? Does an uninspiring free agent class impact Jazz

The Washington Wizards at 8 on the draft board are a real problem for the Utah Jazz as they are also in desperate need for a point guard. With Washington likely taking the first choice of point guards the Utah Jazz better have more than one option. Is Kobe Bufkin another option at point guard as well as Cason Wallace for the Utah Jazz?
