#shorts should the Miami Heat bring back Tyler Herro for the NBA Finals? Let’s remember what happened with Jameer Nelson and the 2009 Orlando Magic first…

  1. I understand what you are saying but for the magic they needed to adjust to him getting injured by going on to trade for rafer Alston and that made them get use to a new point guard then switching after getting it going. But either way I’m sure the heat will do what’s best

  2. The heat desperately need to change something to even have a chance in the finals, and Herro might be the change they need

  3. True but the heat need more offense they have c-mart,Jimmy,bam but they need a spark plug like herro someone who can create their own shot

  4. I hope they rest Tyler till game 3. Part of the reason for the Denver nuggets domination (I hope) is just tired legs from the heat, compared to the rested nuggets

  5. Watch Tyler herro fit in game 2, Andrew takes back what he says, and then herro is ass for the rest of the finals

  6. Regardless of whether herro returns to the lineup or not they are not going to win against the nuggets. Sorry heat fans but your cinderella story is over.

  7. Don't activate Herro until game 3. Herro plays and they lose, they will have no hope, but if the Heat lose they could wait for Herro to return in Miami. Not only that Herro takes over on the offense which doesn't help them.

  8. I say when Herro comes back don’t immediately throw him in the starting lineup. Let him run the bench unit to get back into it and if he plays well then you could consider starting him or have him keep coming off the bench.

  9. It makes sense. I think if im not mistaken nick nurse did the same thing to og anunoby in 2019. He was hurt all of the playoffs but was cleared for the finals but nick nurse decided to stick to his rotation.

  10. Herro won’t make a difference. Unless the Heat is allowed to play 6 on 5, they have no chance.

  11. I think it's a gamble. However, if he is their only chance at winning. They have to play him.

  12. Bring him off the bench they can’t rely on him play his first heavy minutes since April in G2 in the Finals vs the best team in the NBA

  13. I get what you’re saying, but what I would do is I would try him out for a bit and see if it works. If it does, great. If it doesn’t, then bench him.

  14. Start him off the bench and then in game 3-5 see if he’s ready for a starting role

  15. Simple solution is to bring him off the bench in game 2, and if the team plays well with him, then he can start in game 3. Don’t overthink it.

  16. As a heat fan myself I think they should bring him back but either way the nuggets will probably bring it to denver for their first chip which I'll be happy for them anyway, I'm just happy we have had an exciting and shocking playoffs this year

  17. Couldn’t agree more. Plus I don’t consider Herro a winning player. Yes he can average 20 points a night but he will also give up 20 plus on the other end. The heat have been great this playoffs because of all the two way players they have.

  18. its just a broken finger he probably has been practicing with a splint for a while now
