Go easy on me fellas. This is a rough framework especially regarding what picks go out. I think this makes sense for all teams for different reasons. I would then probably try to work something out where we send obi to Indiana for Duarte and their late 2023 first.

Finally a trade where I actually like who we get at least.
Jose A is from Brooklyn if I remember correctly

Imo Quick is much better than Jose. And although I’d love spider, this leaves us without a real wing because grimes is a little short
Norby710
Meh.
Knickerbockers-94
Absolutely no way New Orleans does this trade, and if we’re gonna trade with them I’d rather get Ingram over Mitchell
JonnyGBuckets
Yeah I dig it, but I think the Cavs and Pels both probably say no.
I wonder if there’s a chance to do a RJ+ for Ingram deal.
MyNameIsAMeme
Brunson + Mitchell backcourt is death, we’d have to score 130 a game.
confuddly
We already said no to this trade last summer.
Why would we do it now when Brunson and IQ has broken out, and Donovan is 1 year older?
CraYzySaurous574
I think pels say no
KingJoe7-123
That Backcourt defense of Brunson and Donovan would be ROUGH. If we did this deal, then the next step would be to immediately call Toronto for OG. We’d desperately need an elite defensive small forward to offset that.

Can’t really have JB and Mitchell in the backcourt, we’d be too small. NO isn’t giving up Ingram either
TreSeven
Unless he asks to be traded, Brandon Ingram isn’t leaving NO for anything short of a superstar, let alone Herb Jones and Alvarado
patrickthunnus
That ship sailed. We need help at F and C.
basher505
Stupid trade I rather have Ingram or just keep RJ and Quick over Mitchell.
KnoxsFniteSuit
I think the Cavs would be better than us after this
det8924
The Cavs aren’t going to give up on Mitchell with two years left on his deal also the Pels get completely fleeced
i-piss-excellence32
I hate it, but honestly I don’t hate it as much as some other the bother trades I see here. Still to be clear, I hate it
