If we added Nikola Vucivich I think that would be a good pickup. He’s better than Zach Collins, he’s a vet, and he can mentor Wemby along side Timmy D
Bringing back Georgie would bring things full circle. We traded him for Kawhi, Kawhi won us a chip, he leaves, and because he leaves we get Wemby. Badically George hill might end up being the most important player in Spurs history (exaggeration of course)
And people say San Antonio isn’t a good place to live
I'm against bringing a vet to this young squad that would take up cap space and minutes, but George would be awesome to have back. Would love to see him retire as a Spur. Great take Clan!
I agree about the value of having Hill back at good value (especially for his off the court mentorship). I do disagree about Lopez unless you think we'd have to overpay. I think he'd be great rotating with Collins & Bassey next to Wemby especially against the large powerful bigs to keep Wemby away from the unnecessary beating instead playing in the 3-4 in those circumstances. But yeah only at value & if we can't get a value on a big or wing for that matter then just either pick up a player in the draft or use future draft capital to trade for high upside young prospects, again only if we're getting great value. Peace.
