I think if Houston had a depth chart like Detroit maybe Stephen Silas would’ve had a better record, but Detroit have more better players than Houston that’s a good thing to hire him as assistant coach we have more depth
They need assistants with some defensive principles that our big problem.
he's in detroit to teach what not to do.
Great hire, definitely going to help change the culture and create a more effcient offense.
I think Houston was a lose lose situation for any coach
