Brogdon over Smart. White is better defensively than Smart, so as Brogdon over Smart offensively. I believe Brogdon's score first mentality due to his role with limited minutes coming from the bench. But given with starter minutes, I believe he will do better than Smart. He's 6th man of the year for a reason. We have Smart for many years, let's try a new one.

I agree with your take about Malcom. Always looking for his shot. But insaw a stat, i cant remember where, it says that the best 5 that gave C's the highest + was when Malcom amd D-White were on the floor the same time. Although it was just a small sample size, i think it means something.

i honestly dont think moving on from Smart is a bad idea. he cant continue to be the “leader by seniority” that JT & JB defer to.
what has JT done to put him in the A1 tier?
he gives u one 50 point game but the rest of the playoffs his stats DROPPED compared to the regular season.
Tatum hasnt separated himself from JB because his flaws are equally significant if not moreso.
2 months ago Karalis was talking about JB as an equal on the roster, if not possibly the best player on the roster.
