  1. Chris Paul going to what LA team? Hope it's the Clippers because he sure won't be welcome with the Lakers. We don't need another washed up player at the end of his career. Should have built around A.D & kept it moving without Lebron in the first place!!!

  2. Chris Paul will never win a ring that’s karma for cheating with Kim K. Shoutout Ye

  3. He’ll be a good fit for a competing team on a minimum, but he’s at the Goran Dragic on the Heat in the bubble stage of his career. One last meaningful run as a role player to win it.

  4. bro the lakers would need to give up the farm to pay chris paul….also doesnt help that its again the whole retirement joke. lakers got close, they were just beaten by a better team. chris paul isnt gonna get u over teams like the nuggets

  5. Suns gonna pick up Markelle Fultz and Cam Thomas
    CP3 will take veteran minimum.

    I’m calling it

  6. Woj reported PHX did this to restructure a cheaper deal for CP so they could resign him and add the depth pieces they need

  7. dont go to la. their list of day to day players is already full.

  8. cant believe a team would want cp3 the old hack ,says alot for the NbA if he manages to find a new team 🤣🤣🤣🤣

  9. Hot take.. Chris Paul could maximize his remaining talent as a backup point guard for a contender. He doesn’t need to be a starter, but 20 minutes of Chris Paul a game would be a big upgrade for a team who have a young starting point guard in need of a mentor

  10. They talking like CP wasn’t getting wide open looks when KD got there….he was a walking brick

  11. I am pretty sure he will leave but I don’t know where he will go. I just don’t think he will continue with them, been so much controversy about it

  12. CP3 to the Lakers is a horrible idea. Why would you tempt Murphy's Law by adding an aging, injury-prone Paul to an aging, increasingly injury-prone Lebron and an injury-prone AD??? Absolutely nothing about that makes any sense. Tell me CP3 will be joining Ham's coaching staff, and then I'd say you're on to something.

  13. Isn't it obvious he's prob going to end up with Monty and the Pistons? Veteran presence on a young team. They can make room for a decent price for him, maybe a 2-year deal. He and Monty are close, etc. I think at this point CP3's desire for a ring is in check and he's realized it's prob not going to happen so he may just want to hoop another 2 years and retire at 40. Detroit is a good place for that where there are lower expectations, he can mentor the young guys there, and finish his career with a coach he loves rather than someone brand new.

  14. This era of basketball are full of superstars who switch teams more than they switch on defense. Lebron was the face of team-stacking and many people stopped watching NBA because of it. Im glad hes on his way out and new superstars are coming in. There is more parity and balance throughout the league now. More teams are competing and superstars are more about teamwork. Even defense, posting up and the big-man are coming back. No more ticky-tack fouls and favoring superstars with silly calls. The culture of the NBA is changing for the better and its about time!

  15. the suns just cannot afford to keep pg, without him taking a major paycut, reall playing for the minimum, hes 39, oft injured, at playoff time his injured is almost guarented..

  16. CP3 literally can’t guard anyone in the nba. Every team has a field day against his defense. He’s just not a top tier point guard anymore. But hey he sure got a several brinks trucks if money still coming to him so he’ll be just fine 😊

  17. If the Suns let CP3 go it will be one of the biggest mistakes in franchise history. He is the actual heart and soul of this team and is the true leader. Why would you let a top 5 PG go, doesn't make sense. Phoenix will not be able to find a better PG. But if CP3 does somehow land in LA then the Lakers would have to be the obvious front runner as next seasons championship favorite.

  18. What bothers me is that everyone talks about how injury prone he is. While I understand the sentiment, Monty was playing CP3 almost 39 minutes per game during the playoffs against the clippers. That’s a recipe for getting a 38 year old player hurt. Even Lebron gets banged up when he plays that many minutes every other night. Most other players are playing at this age for a reason, so minutes need adjusted accordingly.

  19. Lakers 100%

    1. Complete LeBron's banana boat pairing (Wade, Melo).
    2. Wears a Lakers jersey afterall after the vetoed Hornets trade.
    3. Huge defensive IQ upgrade over D'lo.
    4. Can be ball leader off the bench.
    5. Lakers have no cap space and need minimum salary guys.
    6. Can be closer with his family.

  20. If the Suns are serious about winning a title, neither CP3 or Ayton will be on their roster next season. Those two guys held them back this year big time

  21. Cp3 needs to go somewhere where there's already a very talented point guard to where he can take soreness breaks & not be needed 100% of the season. Even lebron can't play 70 games anymore

  22. He should go back to the pels. Paul, Zion Ingram, and McCollum. Plus their bench is above average too.

  23. He's been in the league long enough to get his & he's also had enough help, plain and simple he's just another disappointment like Malone and Stockton, just a bunch of hypi his entire career!!!

  24. Cp will go back to the suns on vet min Ayton will be traded for 2 or so players and add a mid level guy with the free cp money then suns will have to develop some of the guys already on the team mainly okogie and bazley

  25. But I thought you m********* said he was the point God. What happened oh that's right comes up small when it matters and counts most

  26. Not really into sports like that so I'm only commenting to get Free rewards points on fan rewards all that pay

  27. For the Lakers, Paul is not a clear upgrade from DLO tbh. Paul is incredibly injury prone at this point and isn't any better than Russell defense. Both will end up being role players with middling minutes. At least Russell will be available for most of the year.
