Joe Lacob should aspire to be more like Eddie Debartalo Jr than Jerry Jones as an owner
Mike is the son of a coach, ex player, and has allot of knowledge. Bob was a college player and agent. Mike won't be the only one having input, there are scouts, coaches, front office, and players. I believe he will do fine, if not he won't be there long.

Move Steve Kerr from Head Coach to GM/Team President and have Kerr chose his replacement at Head Coach. Steve Kerr would be the figure head and person in charge of the direction of the team going forward for seasons to come.
Just because Dunleavy wasn’t a great Warrior (still ended up having a solid NBA career overall though) doesn’t mean he’ll be a horrible GM. Jordan is the GOAT player but has been a horrific talent evaluator and decision maker.
