Is this just smoke or is there something behind this who knows?

Vet min only. Then I’ll think about it. Would be a great piece at the vet min.

  2. All5TonySpivey

Great vet minimum sign, anybody who thinks otherwise is CRAZY 😜

You guys are crazy to say no to this. As much as I hate the guy, I’d love to have his playmaking off the bench. When he’s on the court with Steph, it would allow Steph to play off-ball more again too. I’ll fucking take CP3 any day.

i am just making a gut check statement:

if you said we need to trade all youth and fuck the future, win now for 30 — then if we got this mf, it would be a solid move

he’s the PG for Poole, Moody, Kuminga and Center guy

if we trade him for Poole and picks, then he unlocks joku and maybe moody

the lightyears pod made me realize this. i’m not against it i guess. zach lowe thinks he is still good. for a bench role, i am fine

    PROBABLY WONT HAPPEN

Yeah all we need is another guy who’s going to be injured and on the bench watching…lol.

  6. BeetLover1111

Highly doubt it, not everything coming from Woj is going to happen

  7. Southern-Lab-2399

Will start at center for Kerr.

  8. elpeezey

Give me Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, and DeAndre Jordan at the min.

  9. nerdalerd

If 30 is ok with the move then I’m ok with it

  10. siclo99

Nooooooooo! Injury prone, disliked by virtually every teammate he’s played with, bad karma follows him like a plague. No no no.

  11. ImTheBestNerd

I don’t think Paul is leaving Phoenix tbh.

  12. thekiddinguzo

I love it in theory but it would probably be a disaster. At some point, he’s gonna get in Draymond’s ass about some decision on the court and Dray’s gonna lose it.

  13. Noiserawker

Many here been ripping JP all season for his defense then want a completely cooked cp3. His D is equally bad and he always shrinks in the playoffs. He’s also gonna compound the bad vibes from last season. He can still playmake and shoot but everything else sucks.

  14. I’m not convinced he’s the addition we need.

  15. Landonsillyman

Nah dude we need a big, CP is a legend don’t get me wrong but he wouldn’t be a good fit to GSW in my subjective opinion

  16. shadowlips

for vet min, he will be a great backup for non-steph mins… i dont have any problem so long as the trio say yes!

  17. Fragrant-Astronaut57

We don’t need him wtf. Exact opposite of what we need

  18. No-Astronomer139

Kerr is going to open the 9th circle of hell with this closing lineup

    PG – CP3
    SG – Steph
    SF – Poole
    PF – GP II
    C – Moody

  19. Trailboss1982

Problem is he’s got the AD, Zion, PG, and Kawaii virus…he hasn’t made it one postseason yet without being injured…and his injuries arent freak accidents with other players…

Hes way too injury prone and only getting worse the older he gets…plus we don’t need the veteran on the bench…he doesn’t even know what it’s like to win a ring 🤣

  20. electricHats75

They need an actual point guard when Steph or Dray isn’t in the game. Now let’s get some wings with length and another actual big man

  21. ProfessionalFishFood

Vet min and comes off the bench…take it or leave it

  22. Valuable-Garage6188

No way in hell he wants to sign only for a vet min when he could land bigger contracts across the league

  23. ryancalavano

I’ve never heard anyone call him Christopher Paul before.

  24. SaintSavage1

Chris Paul joining the Warriors after those years of getting embarrassed by the Curry dribbles when he was Clippers is hilarious. I don’t think they have animosity towards each other but I’m pretty sure Chris Paul was low key mad about getting crossed over

  25. DWGrithiff

I hate so much about watching Paul play, BUT… it has occurred to me in the past that his vision, passing, defense*, and smarts would make him click with our system.

The huge caveat on this is the obvious: at this point what does he really have left to give? I didn’t watch a ton of suns games this year, but what i did see seemed like a huge step back for cp3, even from how he looked the year before.

*(I also don’t really know what the consensus is on his defense anymore)

    Anyone here saying no clearly
    Doesn’t know hoops
