Can Any Of The LA Clippers’ Youngsters Break Into The Rotation Next Season?

The LA Clippers aren’t necessarily known as a team with a ton of young talent but there are some pieces with potential deep within the depths of the bench. With one of the flaws in the aging Clippers being that they were one of the slower, more unathletic teams in the league, could any of these young players actually be a mainstay in the rotation in the 2023-24 season? That’s assuming the Los Angeles Clippers run it back like they say they’re going to.

In this episode, die hard Clipper Fan and Host Darian Vaziri discusses 4 players and if he thinks they can and should get into the rotation next season. He starts with Brandon Boston, then examines the game of the Brewmaster, Amir Coffey, and ends with Moussa Diabate and Jason Preston.

  1. Honestly, I feel kind of bad for Brandon Boston. Last year was a down year just because he didn’t get hardly any playing time. But his defense has improved for sure. Would like to see him get more burn along with Amir Coffee, who’s a good do it all guy kind of like T-man

  2. Nah, Lue will continue to “trying to figure things out” all season cuz he got “too much talent” problem so it will be just like last season.

  3. Brandon Boston will be an NBA player. Amir is sold. Preston and Diabate need work. Confident that Diabate will make it eventually. Preston is a great playmaker and can shoot and ok defender but struggles to beat NBA players with his lack of athleticism.
