Although the final loss still hurts. I think this off season is gonna be one of the most interesting and important off season in a while because of the reasons y’all touched on. It sounds like the Heat are at a crossroads to see if we go all in on winning while costing Mickey a fortune or the franchise choosing to not go all in to manage their pay roll kinda triggering the early stages of a blow up

I think you all are forgetting how much Spo loathes and gets furious with Yurtseven. Don’t think he stays & I think they keep Orlando Robinson over Yurtseven
Dame is near $45m nxt yr. Jimmy is also 45m too. 2 players hugging 50% of the payroll. 25m to bam. 50m for fillers. If Lillard or Beal goes to Miami, then Herro at 27m will be the centrepiece of trade. Who will be added to him? Caleb? Robinson or Struss? Pick your poison. If Robinson stays, total, about 140m. Dame is in, Vincent at 8-10m will be expensive. Miami has to find a place for Lowry's 30m. And solve oladipo's 10m.
Beal is a terrible team player, he doesn't pass the ball .he would ruin the whole team dynamic
I heared rumors about Kyle Lowry trade to the San Antonio Spurs as well as Tyler Herro and Duncan Robinson with Max Strus plus a pick for Damian Lilliard!!! So i think if this would hapen this off season, it would be a great descision for the heat!!! Lets go heat!!!
In terms of grades for each for each potential acquisition: Id give Lillard an A+, Beal a B, Lavigne a B-, Siakam a C, Paul a C+, Irving a B+
Heat front office can get clever here, and they have pulled off heists in the past. Portland can get off the books of Lillard and enter a strong rebuild mode by trading him for Lowrys expiring contract, Duncan Robinson, Jovic and/or 2-3 future first round draft picks.

If there is ever a chance they run it back here are some factors that we might have forgotten. 1 Yert will have a full year and start like planned for last season 2. The rookie should get playing time and looks promising 3. Gabe/ Caleb / Duncan / Tyler / Bam has gotten better
