So much for people bitching and crying about how Miami (and also Denver) making the finals would be awful for ratings. Such a pathetic response towards us beating their team. Such an fuckin’ nerd, internet bitch response.
I’ve never, ever thought about a team beating us and then saying “well, no one is going to care anyway!” Are these people even hearing themselves? Obviously they do care.
Maybe NBA fans want to see teams compete hard, make big shots, play defense, while seeing them beat the odds. It can’t all be LeBron and the Knicks.
