The Lakers might lose Austin Reaves after this season. If you didn’t know Reaves is a free agent this summer and will be looking for a big 4 year contract. The Lakers can only offer a 4 year 50 million dollar deal max, but insiders believe that Reaves could get up to 90 million dollars if he chooses another team. Reaves said he wants to stay in LA for the rest of his career, but this difference in contracts is life-changing money for someone like him.

    Lmao nah, they've already said they'll match any 4yr 100M offers he gets, and those teams could lock up that cap space buy offering him that from anywhere up to 1 to 3 days. Which they won't want to do, losing out an all the other free agents during that time. Only like 8 teams could afford to steal him, and if they know the Lakers will match 25m per year… he'll still be a Laker.
