I don’t think we should pick up Harden. I don’t think we should be making any big trades or signing expensive free agents. Players like Scoot and Zion aren’t worth the assets we’d have to give up for them.
There’s no need to rush our timeline. Rockets should keep playing through this young core and should look to pick up a couple of solid vets: a backup point guard and backup center. These kids are still growing. I’d love to see what this team could turn into if we can keep around Green, Sengun, Jabari, & Tari (and KJ but that seems too hopeful).
Play it safe for now, pick up Amen and keep letting the farm grow.

Tbh I would be surprised if we can even put together a package good enough to entice the blazers for the trade.
