JB has to get better at his awareness. Sometimes, his decision making is way off or he presses too hard when he's having a bad game instead of letting it come to him. I hope that the Cs can work on more off ball plays for him. All in all, he definitely deserved the All NBA and his money. Just like any other year, I'll be waiting to see his improvements. Damn I hate to say it but I've been thinking hard about trade targets whilst I play NBA GM game and I seem to have found the perfect fit for Jaylen and Jayson and it's no other than Draymond Green. Yes. Draymond Green could be what Rodman was to Jordan and Pippen….
If there is such a thing as a handles/dribbling coach I hope they get him one and he decides to take it seriously , if he fixes this part of his game he would cement himself in the upper echelon of NBA superstars.

Any idiot can see that the Jay's shoot too many threes – its not their strength. Any idiot except Joe Mazulla that is. He ENCOURAGES them to do it. Someone else on the coaching staff is going to have to convince Mazulla to rein the Jay's in. Good luck w that. The offense needs to be run through a point guard not through the Jay's. By the way – Marcus COULD be that point guard – when he thinks pass first not im the third guy up to jsck up threes, hes actually quite good. As long as he doesn't fall into hot dogging it. Jay's shoot too many threes – they need to shoot more drive and midrange. Marcus needs to be a little more John Stockton and a little less Jason Williams – keep it more basic don't go for the dazzle every time. The Jay's – especially Jalen – need to be FINISHERS not initiators. BTW Jalen doesn't just play the way he THINKS he should, he also plays the way his COACH encourages. I hate Mazulla ball for this team – it can easily appeal to the Jay's and Marcus' worst instincts and i dont think Joe has the balls to rein them in. Maybe one of the other coaches can.So just take the damn ball out of their hands at the front end of their half court offense. Let them move w/o the ball let the offense run through Marcus ( as long as he goes for assists first and doesn't hot dog it) and D White and stop wasting possessions and focus on getting stops and running.
