I never got the fascination of rico Hines. All the information we have about him is that he hosts off season runs. When he speaks in them he basically says work hard and treat it real. I haven’t heard anything technical. Honestly runs like that are kind of useless. Especially for guys like Siakam now. They play so many minutes a year they don’t need more game time. What they need is focus drills that are driving into specific skills. Idk kind of glad we cleaning house.
