Ja Morant of the Memphis Grizzlies has been suspended for 25 games, the league announced on Friday. The suspension comes as a result of his second incident involving holding a gun in a social media video, and according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, conditions for his return will be included.

Ja Morant shows a gun on social media and suspended for 25 games and loses out on what will be millions and millions of dollars.
GOP lawmakers in the US House of Representatives routinely show themselves with firearms in campaign ads and even put photos of their entire families armed with AR 15s on the Christmas cards. And yet they face no disciplinary action from GOP House leadership.
What is the difference here? I spot a big one.
