    I'd move Smart. The philosophy of the opponents in the closing moments of games is to let Smart shoot and isolate Horford on D. Saw it in every series all playoffs long. The league is telling you where you are weak. They were embarrassingly terrible in close games and just let this happen. The teams needs better size and playmaking, unfortunately this removes their best playmaker which isn't saying much. I always felt they were starting White to increase his trade value.
