Zion seems to me to be too much of a risk. What is the source of this?

  2. xktaione

To give up Big O for a player who barely plays and will have too many distractions in ATL other than getting lemon pepper wings…. I dont know….

  3. Both_Funny4896

never ever happening stop posting this delusional shit in here, we’re not raptors fans

also i dont want zion near this team

  4. GiveTraeYoungHelp

Zion would never show up to games in Atlanta. MF would probably be in magic city

  5. Merid1us

Really don’t understand the people that want to give up actual good players who play games for this guy. Has played on average about 25 games PER SEASON in his career. Has a weight clause in his contract because he has no discipline or desire to stay in shape. Reportedly has no relationship with the organization who has catered to him at every turn or even with his teammates. Drama off the court as well. Just really do not get it.

  6. bluevsu

So we are supposed to play Zion with Capela?

  7. RoadToTheRoseBowl

Not that this trade has any real chance of happening, but are people going to really sit here and act like Double O and JC for Zion isn’t a massive steal for the Hawks??? GTFOH with that “but injuries” nonsense

  8. wakeel44

I’ll keep John over Zion. Zion once said he’s healthy but was not fully himself and was not playing again until he felt fully himself…..I want no part of that.
    Availability is the best ability

  9. Akaba44

he’s played 114 games in 4 years, and has ~$200M/5 left on his contract?? no thanks

  10. Shade_Raven

    Decline.

I have serious concerns about Zion’s (off court) decision making, focus , diet etc.

But also because Zion/Capela is a serious lack of shooting

  11. DripGodAirborne

No way. Can’t get rid of OO for a man that has both health issues and extreme off court problems. No way he can help the hawks get a chip.

  12. GilliesGladiator

If Zion can stay healthy and play we have 2nd best duo in the East imo. That’s to big of an if though.

  13. wozziwoz

This is some serious risk it for the biscuit shit. I’d love to see it. as for his injury history, he is clearly uninspired in NO and players are only injury prone till they aint. The upside is absurd

  14. Th1susernamesucks

Zion is a better player than OO and Collins but there is no guarantee that he’s ever healthy again. If this was 2k with injuries off I would do this even if I have a deep love with OO, but it simply isn’t

  15. isuzurodeo

I fuck with this heavy, but y’all are crazy to think it would be us and not Nola hanging up the phone here

  16. WzrdKelly10

Only things that would defeat us with Zion is hot wings and hoes

  17. jaythebuilder55

You don’t get chances to get a possible MVP talent in a trade. It’s almost never happened especially a guy who’s still not in his prime, injury risk or not if you have a chance you take it and deal with the rest later

  18. Lightning_Warrior

Beyond questions about health, I’m very confident that it would take more than this to get Zion, someone could and would make a way better offer than this for him just do to the fact that he’s All-NBA level when healthy. If they offered Zion to Portland they’d get at least the #3 pick and Simmons, which is already a better package, especially since JC would be a terrible fit by Valančiūnas and Brandon Ingram.

Imo this is one of those ridiculous trade packages that we constantly complain about sites putting up for Hawks players, only for a player on a different team.

  19. misterwithafan

The strip clubs and the food inside said strip clubs will see Zion playing a total of 5 games. P(ass).

  20. BigFatPapaBear

Taken a backseat to Luka??? Trae literally lead the league in points and assists last year but…ok y’all keep glazing this fat white boy who won’t make it out of the conference finals

  21. carrythekindness

It’s so funny because everyone trashed the fuck out of me at the idea of us getting Zion. This sub is weird.

I’d be thrilled to get him. His talent is so essential for us

  22. aubieismyhomie

Pelicans aren’t trading Zion and not trading Trae back. Y’all are out of your minds.

  23. hickom14

All this for him to play 30 games a year?

  24. Happy-North-9969

That man just turned 22 years old. The risk is well worth the reward.
