This was a game of firsts for Mac… he got his first NBA slam dunk, 3 pointer, free throw, rebound, assist, block, steal, and even flagrant foul. Overall he finished with 6 pts, 3 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, and 1 block in 21 minutes and was also a +9. He had a huge 4 point play to cut the lead to 5 in the final minute which allowed the Lakers to eventually tie and send the game to OT.
In OT, McClung had the perfect end to a great first season with a double pump reverse jam for the final points of the Lakers season to cap off a great come from behind victory.
Hopefully this is just the beginning and we can see Mac in the Lakers or another teams rotation next season.

He needs to develop a quick stop n pop midrange jumper-as soon as he freezes his defender on the hesi, no need to go to the rack or even look to pass-just shake em, stop rise up and nail the shot off the dribble…money.

Mac McClung deserves a role on a team, any team. Even if it’s 10 minutes a game. He needs a chance to show what he’s worked so hard to achieve. The 76ers are wasting potential on the bench. He’s only played 3 minutes this season.
