It makes all the sense in the world for Udoka to want a veteran pg. He doesn’t want to be another Silas and the team has 60M in capspace. What does this mean for our draft pick though?
If we don’t land Brandon Miller I hope Stone trade with Jazz for 9 and 16 or something. I don’t want us to get Amen and then play him like 10-15 mins a night for the next 2 yrs. Let’s just trade down and cast a wider net, I’d be ok with something like Cason Wallace, Lively and Rupert or Hendrix, Lively and Podziemsky.
Whitmore is a decent talent but considering Rox have like zero playmakers adding another dude with tunnel vision is a recipe for disaster. He is a better fit on Detroit or Orlando since those teams have playmakers as their core guys.
