I think Harden reups for 3/120. That’d be a $40 mill salary and accounting for the 35 he made last year, it rounds out to a 4/155 for him which isn’t bad.

This has been theorized since Harden opted out. Old news.
Obviously but we absolutely need him, the half court offense pre harden was horrendous, basically Embiids entire prime without a player who could get him the ball. Bigger issue is tobi is making more than harden and Embiid and we have zero wing defenders that can hit 3s. Harden was bad in G6/7 but if Embiid is hurt or not performing like the MVP he is it’s all a moot point anyways.
I think his game will age pretty well, just need a bit more C&S out of him. Also, its pretty clear this is the direction we are going in so let’s see if Morey can put better pieces around them and if they flame out again then we can go all doom and gloom and blow this shit up.
