I’m actually a lot higher on THJ than most Mavs fans. I don’t care to just dump him, the Mavs actually need someone like him who can shoot 7 3s a game at a 38-40% clip. He also played exceptionally well next to Kyrie and knows how to play with Luka. He’s also on a pretty reasonable contract considering how it de-escalates year over year.
The Mavs need to get a player who is capable of 25-30 mpg if they trade THJ and then they have to replace his shooting if they get a non lethal shooter.
