The more I think about the *Beal deal*, the less it makes sense. If I was in BB’s shoes and wanted the best chance to compete for the championship, I’d be taking my talents to the south beach…
If we assume that Herro would headline the Heat’s package for Beal, and keep in mind that two of them would overlap a lot if they were playing together, then BB would pretty much slot seamlessly into Heat’s system seeing how the trade would clean up the biggest part of the fit concerns.
They made the Finals with Herro basically missing the entire playoffs. Slot Beal in his spot and that team is the favorite to come out of East unless the EC shakes up significantly.
If I were Tim Connelly last year, I’d have stayed in Denver. The money wouldn’t be worth it. If I’m Bruce Brown this year, I’m taking the money. It sucks to leave but I think he’s gotta to take it. Athletes careers are short and it would be incredibly reckless to turn down the offers he’s going to get

Anyone else change their password to something about this year’s title run? I know I did and will be so sad when it tells me to change it. But it’ll just be for next year’s champs, so I guess it won’t be that sad. Speak it into existence!

So I got married on Friday, everyone knows I’m a huge Nuggets fan and getting praise from everyone there for the Nuggets winning it all this season was a little cherry on top of our already wonderful day. I was told to be expecting a Nugget gift or two as well. Can’t wait. Hope everyone is well!
