Let’s see. Not exactly something I am getting super hyped about, as there are many other teams with assets and would love to take a swing at the chance of Zion living up to his potential.
I feel our FO is a bit more conservative these days, but if the price is right….
We don’t have the assets to get Zion if he wants to be here or not. Not to mention he doesn’t fit the team as we already have Randle here, unless y’all are proposing moving Randle for Zion. Either way if Leon has a brain he’d let someone else pull the trigger on that walking time bomb.

I completely understand all of the concerns, but zion is a generational talent, and we have the picks. I think it’s worth the risk, especially given the fact that he legitimately loves NY and wants to be here. I don’t wanna end up with another Eddie curry situation either, but c’mon man, that’s zion..

I’d give them Randle, IQ, and two protected firsts. Not sure if they take that, but Zion is def a guy that would move the needle for us. Obviously injury concerns are a problem so would be interested to see if the FO trusts our training and medical staff
Knicks don’t need Zion. We will have to give up key depth pieces for a guy who hasn’t played more than 28 games in his career. It’s a chance not worth taking imo.

i know to most fans it makes sense that we’d be adding assets for zion but randle is an all star and zion is an out of shape injury prone player. If i’m the GM i get you want the lot for zion but you want too much on what he could possibly be whereas i have a player who recently made all star and lead a team to playoffs
